Abiad Visited Sheikh Al-Aql: The Citizen’s Interest is a Priority and Support Continues for Cancer Medicines

 
زار وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الأبيض شيخ العقل لطائفة الموحدين الدروز الشيخ الدكتور سامي ابي المنى في دار الطائفة في بيروت، وتمحور النقاش حول الأوضاع الراهنة ولا سيما هموم المواطنين الصحية، والجهود التي تقوم بها وزارة الصحة العامة لتخفيف الأعباء عن المواطن على صعيد الإستشفاء وتأمين الدواء وخدمات الرعاية الصحية الأولية.

وإثر الإجتماع لفت الوزير الأبيض إلى ان الظروف الصعبة التي يمر بها لبنان خصوصًا الأزمة الاقتصادية تنعكس سلبًا على اداء المؤسسات العامة إلا أن ذلك لا يشكل عائقًا أمام العمل الدؤوب والمستمر للبحث عن حلول.

وأعلن وزير الصحة العامة في هذا المجال أن الموازنة الجديدة الجاري النقاش في شأنها في مجلس النواب ستؤمّن ميزانية اكبر لوزارة الصحة العامة مما سيسهم بتأمين تغطية صحية افضل للمواطنين. كما لفت الوزير الأبيض الى ان وزارة الصحة تعمل على مشاريع عدة لتطوير مراكز الرعاية الأولية بالتعاون مع شركاء دوليين من بينهم البنك الدولي حيث تسعى الوزارة لأن تؤمّن من خلال هذه المراكز سلة من الأدوية والخدمات الصحية المنخفضة الكلفة.

وردًا على التساؤلات في شأن رفع الدعم كليًا عن أدوية الأمراض السرطانية، أكد الأبيض أن الدعم لا يزال مستمرًا والوزارة تعمل مع المرجعيات المالية الرسمية لتوجيه الدعم والاستمرار بتأمين الدواء للمواطنين.

وجدد وزير الصحة العامة قوله بأن صحة المواطن وتحقيق المصلحة العامة أولويتان دائمتان في الوزارة.
