القطاع الإستشفائي العام لعب دورًا مهما في التصدي للعدوان والأولوية للإستمرار في دعمه


تفقد صباح اليوم وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور  فراس الأبيض يرافقه محافظ النبطية الدكتورة هويدا الترك، مستشفى مرجعيون الحكومي، حيث اطلع على أوضاعه وتفقد أقسامه واجتمع مع مدير المستشفى الدكتور مؤنس كلاكش والطاقم الطبي، في محطة أولى لجولته اليوم على محافظتي الجنوب والنبطية.

وفي حديث له خلال الزيارة تحدث الدكتور الأبيض عن خطة وزارة الصحة لدعم المستشفيات الحكومية مؤكدا أن المستشفيات الحكومية لعبت دورا مهما في فترة الحرب، ومضيفا أن أولوية الدعم الذي سيمنح للبنان سيكون للقطاع الصحي وستكون للمستشفيات الحكومية الحصة الكبيرة بهدف مساعدتها على تأمين ودعم اهالي المنطقة والشعب اللبناني.

وأكد الوزير الدكتور فراس الأبيض ان الخطة الاستراتيجية التي أطلقتها وزارة الصحة العامة في أوائل عام 2023 تمحورت في ركن أساسي من أركانها وبما يتعلق بالقطاع الاستشفائي على دعم ومساعدة القطاع الاستشفائي الحكومي والمستشفيات الحكومية. وتابع وزير الصحة العامة أن هذه الخطة أثبتت جدواها فكانت المستشفيات الحكومية هي اول من استقبل المتضررين خلال فترة الحرب والعدوان على لبنان ولذلك إن أقل ما يمكن فعله الآن ليس فقط العمل على إعادة تفعيل المستشفيات بل أيضا العمل على ان تكون اقوى مما كانت عليه قبل وخلال الازمة لكي تعود وتقدم الخدمات لكل اهل المنطقة دون استثناء.

وشكر الابيض العاملين في القطاع فردا فردا ولا سيما في مستشفى مرجعيون الحكومي.

كذلك تناول الوزير الأبيض أوضاع المستشفيات الحكومية الأخرى في المنطقة لافتًا إلى أن من بينها ما يعمل بشكل كامل ومن بينها ما يعمل بشكل جزئي ومن بينها ما هو خارج عن العمل. ولفت إلى أن خطة وزارة الصحة العامة تقضي بالعمل على تمويل المستشفيات واعادة فتحها.

واكد وزير الصحة العامة انه اجتمع مع البنك الدولي لإعداد خطة إعمار ما بعد الحرب مضيفا أنه سيكون لقطاع الصحة جزء أساسي من هذه الخطة، ولفت إلى أن المطلوب من وزارة الصحة العامة ليس فقط ترميم ما تضرر من المستشفيات بل اغتنام الفرصة للمضي قدما بهذا القطاع بدءًا من مرجعيون مرورًا شبعا وبيت ليف والصرفند وصولا الى صور.

 واعتبر الوزير الدكتور الأبيض ان هذا القطاع الذي لم يتوقف يوما عن العمل على مدى خمس سنوات من الازمة الاقتصادية مروراً بجائحة كورونا وانفجار المرفأ وأخيراً العدوان على لبنان، أثبت انه بالفعل من اعطى الدولة والمجتمع وليس العكس لذلك المفروض ان يكون أولى القطاعات التي يجب ان تستفيد من الأموال التي ستخصص لإعادة الاعمار.

وختم وزير الصحة العامة كلامه طالبا من رب العالمين حفظ لبنان والرحمة لكل الشهداء والشفاء العاجل لكل الجرحى ومتمنيا ان تحمل الأيام المقبلة الخير والراحة للجميع.
