MOPH Referred a Citizen to the Public Prosecution Appeal
أحالت وزارة الصحة العامة الى النيابة العامة الاستئنافية في الشمال، المواطن باسم.غ.ح بجرم التزوير وانتحال صفة، بعدما كان قد تقدم الى وزارة الصحة لتصديق نتائج تحاليل مخبرية صادرة عن مختبرات الدكتور مصطفى زغلول للتحاليل الطبية الموجودة في طرابلس، ليتبيّن للوزارة بعد التدقيق انه لا يوجد مختبر بهذا الاسم.
وطلبت وزارة الصحة إجراء التحقيقات اللازمة والملاحقة القانونية لكل من يظهره التحقيق من فاعلين ومشاركين لعملية التزوير وانتحال الصفة وإنزال العقوبات القانونية المناسبة بحقهم.
