Jabak Excluded the Possibility of the U.K. 's Decision having Implications on the Ministry of Public Health
Minister of Public Health Jamil Jabak was quoted as saying to “the Voice of Lebanon 93.3” radio station that the impacts of the U.K.’s decision on Hezbollah will apply to the system of the national unity government that deals with the internal matters, knowing that the party constitutes a significant proportion of the citizens.
Jabak mentioned that his work at the Ministry of Public Health is service-oriented and has nothing to do with the internal political and military work of Hezbollah. He also excluded the possibility of the U.K.’s decision having impacts on the Ministry.
“The parties took the decision to fight corruption. My work at the Ministry will be transparent and will focus on the introduction of a decent hospitalization system for the Lebanese citizens,” Jabak added.
